Aspire Apartments is a multi-family apartment complex at the edge of an urban renewal community in Kansas City, KS designed in collaboration with Lowery Design Group. The development offers a variety of amenities to residents across two stories encouraging a sense of community and neighborly interaction. Situated at the corner of the main building, the interior amenity design is flooded with natural light. Resident amenities include the entry lobby, leasing offices, coffee bar, community kitchen, media room, coworking spaces and fitness center. Natural materials alongside a neutral color palette create a sophisticated look welcoming residents to their new home.
