LEGENDS 267 is a 267-unit multifamily apartment building offering a community-oriented living experience. Two Oaks Architecture, in collaboration with Lowery Design Group, provided interior design services for all tenant amenity spaces including the entry lobby and concierge service, a rooftop sky lounge with panoramic views, a coffee bar, a great room with social spaces and a community kitchen, and a fitness center with a serene yoga studio. Additionally, the team designed modern coworking stations for resident use, a professional-grade conference center, and on-site leasing offices. The overall design prioritizes wellness and creates an equitable community by supporting diverse resident needs and fostering a sense of belonging.
