PROJECT OVERVIEW: Designed to foster connection, Trilogy brings a playful yet sophisticated approach to multifamily living. The interior architecture balances warm, inviting materials with bold patterns and thoughtful details to create spaces that feel distinctive and welcoming.
At the heart of the project, a dramatic two-story amenity kitchen overlooks the pool, creating a dynamic connection between interior and exterior. Intimate seating areas and larger shared workspaces offer residents environments to socialize and extend their living space beyond the border of individual units.
Throughout the one and two-bedroom residences, we used a softer, more neutral palette providing a comfortable counterpoint to the expressive amenity space. Carefully selected finishes and furnishings establish a cohesive design language while creating a warm, contemporary apartment.
The design celebrates the interplay of pattern and scale, creating a vibrant residential community that encourages interaction and social connection.
